What about if your driver never shows up?
That's never happened before but if it happens, our company will cover the food cost and also will credit the customer for the same amount.
Do you have enough drivers?
We have hundreds of drivers in the Austin and surrounding areas. More added as additional restaurants partner with us.
What's the catch?
No catch. With our approach we help restaurant owners reduce their cost in commissions and increase their profits by increasing their orders. It's a win-win. More orders placed with restaurant, means more deliveries for our drivers.
What if the food is delivered late?
If the food is delivered late and the order is cancelled, the restaurant will receive a cancellation email with the reason why the food is cancelled. If the reason is our driver, we will cover 100% of the food cost. GrubHub cover only 70%
What is the % Commission You charge the Restaurants?
It can be anywhere from 0% to 15% depending on the deal every restaurant has with us. However, we guarantee that Our Fee + GrubHub, Doordash etc. fees combined will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies.
Does the Restaurant need to call when there is an order for delivery?
No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order at the same time as you do. In just a few minutes after the order is received our driver will be at the restaurant to pick up the food.
What if I operate my restaurant from a Cloud Kitchen or Ghost Kitchen?
It works the same. As long as your customers order from platforms like Gubhub, Door Dash, etc, everything will work the same. It's also a great opportunity to increase revenue that will help pay your monthly lease to help you stay in business. Building managers don't want to lose their leasing clients so it's a win for them as well.
Do you charge the restaurant owner a monthly subscription fee?
No, never. Our partnered restaurants will never see a monthly subsciption fee from us. On the contrary, the goal is to help restaurants be successful and increase volume so that there are more delivery orders for our drivers.
